Tutoringsessions.com is an in-person door-to-door tutoring company providing you with a highly qualified tutor for your needs.   You will call our office to book a tutor.  And the tutor will come to you to a location where you feel comfortable such as a residence, coffee stores, etc... The transaction must be made before a tutoring takes place by either a credit card/paypal through our website. By using our service, you must transact a session with any of our tutors by going through our company management. The violation may result in your being banned from using our service any further.

Billing.

You must pay a full tuition in advance through Paypal or Credit Card.

Please call us to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before a scheduled session starts to get a full refund.   If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 24 hours before a scheduled session starts, we will refund half of what you paid us minus the Paypal processing fee.   In addition, 40 days after a payment is made to us by you, if there is no tutoring session, no cancellation or rescheduling request to utilize the payment amount, you will forfeit all amount unused to us.  

We reserve the right to refuse servicing you for any or no reason.

You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You may choose to share your account with other people by providing them your password. However, if you decide to share your account with other people, you take full responsibility for their actions. Users of public or shared computers should log out at the completion of each visit to the tutoringsessions.com Web site.

If you find that you're a victim of identity theft and it involves your Shibumi Forum account, you should notify us. Then, you should report this instance to all your credit card issuers, as well as your local law enforcement agency. Tutoingsessions.com reserves the right to place any account on hold anytime with or without notification to the subscriber in order to protect itself and its partners from what it believes to be fraudulent activity.
