| 1. How do I book a tutor? |
| Please call us to set up an appointment with a tutor. You can either set up one session at a time or multiple sessions at a time. Either we can choose a tutor for you , or you can choose one for yourself. |

| 2. How and when do I pay you? |
| You must pay a full tuition in advance through Paypal or credit card. You may create your paypal account before hand or use your credit card. You will be billed from "Ritsuno Corp" (The parent company of tutoringsessions.com) |

| 3. What is your cancelation/reschedule/refund policy? |
| Please call us to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before a scheduled session starts to get a full refund. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 24 hours before a scheduled session starts, we will refund half of what you paid us minus the Paypal processing fee. In addition, 40 days after a payment is made to us by you, if there is no tutoring session, no cancellation or rescheduling request to utilize the payment amount, you will forfeit all amount unused to us. |

4. How do you ensure the quality of a tutor?

| We screen our tutors to ensure that they possess outstanding personal traits, professional qualities and competence as a tutor. Also, they must go through our training programs before they can work as one of our tutors. Although we can not fully guaranteed of your results after tutoring, we are very confident that you will find our tutors the best. |

| 5. Do I need to prepare anything for my tutoring? |
To get maximum possible effect and efficiency from your tutoring, please prepare all necessary materials including text books, notes, syllabus, and solutions manuals (to avoid unnecessary calculations or clogging out in thinking.) |

| 6. Why do you use Paypal? |
Using Paypal is for your protection. We do not store your credit card information. We do not have any access to those information unless you explicitly give them to us. Your data will be stored and protected at the trusted and secured site "Paypal." |

| 7. How can I maximize my learning with my tutor? |
People generally forget 60% of what they have learned for a day by the following day. So to maximize your learning with your tutor, you need to review and study what you learned consistently until you completely understand the materials. |

| 8. Dou you offer group tutoring (two or more students at the same time)? |
We offer group tutoring. However its rate differ from one-on-one tutoring.
Group rates will be calculated as such:
Two students: Regular Fee x 1.2
Three students: Regular Fee x 1.5
Four students: Regular Fee x 1.8
Five students or more: Please ask.
Live Online, Email tutoring rates will be calculated the same way as In-person tutoring. |

| 9. Are there any discounts available? |
The longer length of a session you take, the more discounted per minute you will get.
Also, we provide the following discounts: 10% for booking four or more 80+ min sessions at a time, 12% for booking eight or more 80+ min sessions at a time, 15% for booking twelve or more 80+ min sessions at a time, and 5% for driving within 5 miles proximity to their tutor. *If you have a session at 20 miles or more from the tutor you request, a minimum session length is 80 minutes with the following discounted driving rate: *between 20 and 30 miles or less, $14; *between 30 and 40 miles or less, $19; *between 40 miles and 50 miles, $24. However, if you still prefer a 60 minute session, we cannot provide any types of discount & only send our tutor with the driving charge of $1/mi for one length of the tutor's trip. |

| 10. Why is there a driving fee? And how do you charge it? |
| When a tutoring takes place far away from the location of your tutor, the length of time s/he must drive to and fro for the tutoring session becomes substential. The detailed driving fee schedule is the following.

| 11. What happens if I willfully transact a session with your tutor without the company's knowledge? |
| Transacting your session with any of our tutors without the company's knowledge constitutes as a violation of our terms of service. You will be notified to the management by our tutor immediately and may be banned from using our service any further. |
